What has been called "magic" for thousands of years, is energy itself. Since the beginning of time, talented people who have the ability and knowledge to manipulate the energy around them, including the elements of water, fire, earth, air, and spirit, have been called witches, mages, sorcerers, warlocks, enchantresses, etc. Everything is energy, including our physical and spiritual bodies, the Universe, the objects that surrounds us, our thoughts, the elements, the intangible, and so forth. Everything is magic, since everything is energy.
